AIM Apostolic Company Members
AIM is led by an Apostolic Company composed of ministry peers. Each has significant extra local ministry, serving as apostles, prophets, teachers and evangelists, some also hold a pastoral position (Ephesians 4:11 ). These individuals have come together to build committed personal synergistic relationships out of which we believe ministry will emerge. The strength of these shared relationships is based upon common vision, core values, and the conviction that God has called us to walk together.

John Cairns
John Cairns Ministries
After surrendering his life to Jesus in 1978, John and his wife, Heather pioneered and pastored a church in the south of England for nine years, ministered internationally, and moved to Australia in 1989 to pioneer a church in Melbourne. In 1996, following many prophetic words and events, John and Heather moved into an itinerant ministry. They are presently members of a local church in Melbourne, and have involvement with Christian networks around the world. John apostolically serves many pastors and churches and has ministered in various settings in over 20 countries where God moves powerfully resulting in people being saved, physically and emotionally healed, and set free from various bondages. John's desire is to help people come into a deeper walk with the Lord; to develop an intimacy with the Holy Spirit; to help people increase in their faith, be built up in the Word of God, and believe for breakthroughs and victory in all areas of their lives.

"The fatherless now becomes a father of the multitudes." These words spoken to Sunday Taniegra by the AIM apostolic team a year ago are becoming the very foundation of his effective ministry as a destiny leader. Sunday is the Senior Pastor of Tabernacle of Faith International in San Juan City, Philippines which is dedicated to raising the next generation of Filipino leaders. He oversees 25 churches all over the country and manages a Christian day school of 400 students. Sunday is a behaviorist by profession and is being used by God widely in leadership training and seminars, life coaching, and counseling and mentoring relationships with students, marketplace and church leaders. Abandoned by his father during his teen years, he now stands as a spiritual father to many believers, particularly young professionals. Jared Worby
Jared was saved in 1972 from a hippie life style through the efforts of local Christians and the "Jesus People" in his home town of Aurora, IL. Within a couple of weeks of his conversion, he felt lead to work with a Jesus People evangelistic group called Christ is the Answer. The evangelistic strategy of this ministry was very straight forward - work with the local church to evangelize on the streets during the day and invite people to attend a nightly 'Jesus Rally' under a big tent. After a year, Jared found that the Will of God took him and a small team to Europe in order to make the way for a larger team to do the same type of work there, starting in Sweden. From that time Jared has had the privilege to help establish like-hearted teams in countries like Italy, Spain, Mexico, and Romania. Jared is currently working in Romania, and is still partnering with local churches as they evangelize on the streets and under tents. His home church is Aurora Community Church, Aurora, IL., where Dan Hass is the pastor.

Bill Yount
Blow the Shofar
Bill Yount has been a member of Bridge of Life in Hagerstown, Maryland for the past 33 years, where he is now an Elder and a home missionary. He is currently an Advisor at Large for Aglow International. Bill faithfully served in Prison Ministry at Mount Hope for 23 years and now travels full-time, both in the U.S and internationally, ministering in churches and Aglow circles. "Humility and Humor" characterize his ministry as he brings forth a fresh word that is "in season" proclaiming the word of the Lord! The shofar (or ram's horn) is often used in his meetings breaking the powers of darkness over regions, churches and house-holds. The shofar represents God's breath blowing into the nostrils of His people, reviving them and awakening the lost. Many of God's messages, Which Bill ministers prophetically come out of his every-day life with his family and friends. Bill's wife, Dagmar, ministers at times with him. They have three children: Naomi, Danielle and Joel.
